Scrum 101

(ICAgile accredited)

This ICAgile accredited course enables teams and individuals exploring or implementing Scrum practices to understand the roles, responsibilities, ceremonies, artefacts and practices of Scrum, as well as the mindset that will lead to the most successful implementation of Scrum in your business. We also work through a real life Scrum project from idea to concept to plan and delivery so you can understand the real life Scrum process.

During this two to three day course participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of what to expect on an Scrum project and the skills to be effective on one.

Kanban 101

(ICAgile accredited)

This ICAgile accredited course introduces and explains the concepts of Lean and Kanban to help any team improve productivity and collaboration with Kanban. We examine and understand the Kanban method, visualisation, limiting WIP, managing flow, explicit policies, and a continuous improvement (kaizen) mindset and approach. We work through a number of hands-on exercises to fully understand how the Kanban principles work in action, and discover how to apply this in our own work.

During this two days hands on course participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Kanban method, and to immediately implement Kanban in their work environment.

Leading SAFe®

(Scaled Agile accredited)

Leading Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) is a two-day course for executives, managers and change agents responsible for leading an Agile/Lean transformation at scale within their organisation. It delivers the skills and knowledge that enterprise leaders need to deliver better software faster using Agile at scale. It is the only Agile certification for management at the enterprise level.

SAFe® Program Consultant

The SAFe® Program Consultant course is a four day ‘train the trainer’ course. You not only learn the principles, tools and methods of SAFe, but upon successful completion of the course and exam, you will also be able to introduce and certify participants in your own business environment in the SAFe practices and processes. This is a highly efficient and effective way to help introduce Agile at scale into any large organisation.

SAFe® ScrumXP

(Scaled Agile accredited)

SAFe® ScrumXP is a two day course for teams and managers implementing Scaled Agile practices to enable them to successfully apply Scrum and XP in a large scale environment. We talk about and do exercises to discover and understand the practices and principles of both Scrum and XP, how we scale these up in a complex environment, and what we need to be aware of at a team level to successfully implement SAFe® in a large organisation.

    The rescue is still in progressing, and regroup and rebuild will take a long time. Lets meetup, DONT just jump into anything so quickly, hear from people/charity/organizations are in front line fighting and see/discuss what we can do exactly to help and hopefully in a most efficiently way.

    WHY WE DO THIS?

    We hope to increase the awareness, to see if we can help and in what way. After all, We are living on the same planet, arent we?

Jacob Creech 刘虎 – CEO + Co-Founder

Jacob leads our operations, and has worked with clients across the Asian continent. He is a skilled coach and facilitator, having worked with both small (single team) and large (500 team) engagements, and highly rated trainer, having trained 1000’s of people in Agile. His areas of expertise are large scale Agile transformations and organisational culture. He is passionate about helping individuals and organisations deliver the right value at the right time, using Agile and Lean Startup techniques. Jacob is the founder of the Shanghai Agile/Lean Startup user group, and the Agile/Lean Startup advisor at China Accelerator. He has spoken at multiple Agile conferences, including Agile China, Shanghai Scrum Gathering and RallyOn.
